Our Story
Cakelandia CTX has been making specialty cakes and other baked goodies since 2002. Our mission has always been to create the freshest and most unique cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and other pastries for customers in Killeen and surrounding areas. We have been to several other cake shops and bakeries (some franchise and some local) and felt like something was missing. You’ll find that we offer certain options that you won’t find at other cake shops and bakeries.

We bake many different types of cookies from scratch every day, but we do run out. We can also create special custom order cookies and will work with you from design to delivery.

Cupcakes
We like to think of cupcakes as “mini cakes.” Our cupcakes get the same level of attention and fresh, premium ingredients as our custom cakes. Each cupcake is hand-decorated and receives just the right amount of icing. When you ask for special custom order cupcakes, we will work with you from design to delivery.
Also keep in mind that when we deliver your cupcakes, we do more than just put them in a box for you. We provide a tiered cupcake tree to serve as an elegant arrangement and presentation. We can also individually frost each cupcake at the venue for faster service. It’ll be our goal to wow you and your guests.

We can make custom cakes for any occasion. Every cake is made from scratch with fresh, high-quality ingredients. For instance, we use fresh eggs, fresh dairy products, real butter, and fresh fruits in all of our cake creations. From cake design to cake delivery, we will work with you to make sure we get your dream cake right.
We have many different cake flavors, cake icings, and cake fillings for you to choose from. Our typical cake sizes include 6” round, 8” round, 10” round, 6” square, and 8” square. However, we can create unique designs upon request (such as a character, house or an object). No matter what the special occasion is, we promise that our custom cakes will wow you and your guests.

Although custom-made cakes are our specialty, we enjoy making other pastries such as brownies, pies, cinnamon rolls, and muffins. Everything is made from scratch, and we take no shortcuts on quality. If you would like a unique creation (such as a “brookie” cake that’s half chocolate chip and half brownie), contact us and we’ll let you know what we can do.
